Questions
Do we need to buy a ticket machine?
No. Visitors take a number on their own phone. A tablet at the entrance can hand out numbers too, and print slips on a printer you may already have.
Do visitors need an app?
No. They scan a QR code and their number opens in the browser.
Who approves room bookings?
Your own staff. A request waits until someone approves it, and they can extend, move or repeat bookings.
Is there a fee per visitor?
No. One monthly price, however many visitors you serve.
