Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply between Sambutku ("we") and every business subscribing to Sambutku ("client"). By using the service, the client accepts these terms. If we and the client sign another written agreement, that agreement prevails for what it covers.
1. The service
Sambutku provides QR menus, ordering from the table, waiting lists, number queues, room booking, appointments and add-ons such as automatic WhatsApp, according to the package and modules the client chose. We set up the client's account; the client manages its content (menu, services, rooms, staff and settings).
2. Accounts
The client is responsible for the owner and staff accounts it creates, for keeping passwords secret, and for all activity through its account. The client tells us at once about any unauthorised access.
3. Subscription and payment
- The service is paid in advance per period (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) by bank transfer according to the invoice.
- Prices follow our price list or a special price agreed in writing, which also applies to renewals of the same length.
- A renewal adds the new period after the current end date, so no days are lost.
- Payments are not refunded for the rest of a period, unless we cannot provide the service through our own fault.
- We may offer a free trial without any obligation to subscribe.
4. Grace period and suspension
If a subscription is not renewed, the service keeps working for 7 days after the end date. After that the client's dashboard is locked and the QR code pages show "service temporarily unavailable" (without telling guests why). Data is not deleted, and the service resumes once payment is received.
5. The client's content and responsibilities
- The client warrants that what it uploads (menus, photos, prices, texts, logos) is correct, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
- The client is responsible for its prices, taxes (for example PB1 and service charges) and its service to guests. Guests pay the client directly; we neither receive nor hold guests' payments.
- The client uses its own devices (phones, tablets, TVs, printers) and its own internet connection.
6. Guests' personal data
- The client is the data controller of its guests' and customers' personal data; we process it on the client's behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The client uses that data only to serve its guests, informs its guests, and sends no promotions without their consent.
- We erase guest data automatically after the periods in the Privacy Policy, keep it secure, and help the client answer guests' requests under the UU PDP.
7. Automatic WhatsApp
- Automatic WhatsApp is a paid add-on. Messages are sent from our official number or from the client's own number, as the client chooses.
- Official number: a number of messages a month is included; when they are used up, no more messages go out until the next month. Messages follow templates approved by Meta and are only for service information (not promotions).
- Own number (Fonnte): the client subscribes to Fonnte itself. This way is unofficial; WhatsApp may limit or block that number, and we are not responsible for that.
8. Prohibited use
The client may not use the service for unlawful purposes, send spam, disrupt or overload the system, try to access other clients' data, or resell the service without our written permission.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times and do maintenance at quiet hours, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties (for example internet, server or WhatsApp providers) or force majeure.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any loss of the client is limited to the amount the client paid us in the 3 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or revenue.
11. Intellectual property
The software, design and brand of Sambutku are ours; the client may use them while subscribed. The client's content remains the client's; the client allows us to use it only to run the service.
12. Ending the subscription
The client may stop at any time by not renewing. On request, we export the client's data in a common format and/or delete the account and its data, except data the law requires us to keep (for example invoices). We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notifying the client, or at once for serious breaches.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We announce important changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by deliberation; if no agreement is reached within 30 days, they are settled by the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) of our domicile.
15. Contact and language
